Picture of the Red Sun in Los Angeles caused by the Sand Fire
No it is not Mars. This is a picture of the red Sun caused by the recent sand fire in Santa Clarita. I took this picture and it looks like something off the cover of a Scarface movie. This is one of those rare occurrences. It is my first time seeing the clouds a purple grey hue with the sun over cast in red. Although, the sand fire is in Santa Clarita, the effects can be seen through most of the San Fernando Valley and in some parts of Los Angeles.
