What is love?
Is it when you feel for someone and you hold on and wait?
Hoping and needing it to reciprocate.
12 years I’ve known you,
Yet I’m still struggling to know you.
Blinded by my desire,
Wanting, needing, craving, so I wait,
Even when you don’t reciprocate.
Holding on to every word, every laughter,
and every other thing that originates from you.
To me it’s hope we will still do the mindful.
